Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd  are looking out for talented young post-graduates from Sales/Marketing discipline for the post of Sales Trainees in various businesses of Godrej & Boyce.

If found suitable, post successful completion of trainee-ship, the candidate will be absorbed as per the company policy.

Below mentioned are the details of the position:

·         Designation: Sales Trainee

·         Stipend: 30,000/-  pm for Non-Engineers + MBA & 37,000/- pm

·         Bond Period: 2 years

·         *Designation after Absorption: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager (depending on discipline of graduation)

·         *CTC after absorption (if applicable): 4.61 lac pa for Non-Engineers + MBA & 5.75 lac pa for Engineers + MBA

For applying against the vacancy please note the criterion:

·         MBA (Sales/Marketing) 2017 batch pass-out

·         60% throughout in academics (10th+12th+UG+ PG)

·         10th, 12th, Graduation & MBA should be Full Time.

·         Candidates should not have any gap or backlog in their academics

·         Should be fluent in native language

·         Mobility across India since they can be moved anywhere within or outside the assigned state during the traineeship period.
