LATERAL THINKING ON CHANGE MANAGEMENT
First and foremost, Change means risk and without risk, there is no meaning to life.
If change is what we already expected and wished for, we will not be disappointed.
We all know that Change is inevitable.
With everything new, we as human beings become insecure but by the passage of time, we get used to it.
There will be changes that are out of control but we should maintain peace and keep a positive approach towards change. We should accept the changes and understand the reason that it’s for better.
There cannot be rigid principles in context with change because change itself means variation and we cannot control change until unless we statistically study about variances.
Change is a part of life and we should celebrate the change at every step.
Not everything that is faced can be changed but nothing can be changed until it is actually faced.
