Job Title/Designation

- Fresh Graduates for trainee executives
Location
- State Head Quarter, Lucknow
Salary bracket
- Rs. 8000/- for trainees
- Rs. 18000/- for on-roll executives.
Minimum Requirement
- Educational Qualification- Licenses/Certifications
- MBA (Finance / Marketing)- Should clear on-line PDE assessment.
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge of Tally.ERP9
- Spoken proficiency in local language
- Basic accounting knowledge
Key Areas of Responsibility
Work with channel partners to grow their business
•Channel Partner Business Planning on a regular basis, Identify Gaps and fill them
•Identify, plan and broadcast sales training calendar for partner Resources. Execute trainings as planned
•Engage with partner resources to groom them further and ensure better customer engagement
•Enable partner for lead generation activities – Tele calling, Email Marketing, Lead generation through influencers and events
•Engage with partner owner for review of planned vs. achieved targets; take remedial action when
needed, re-strategize and create activity plan
•Accompany partner resources for sales & service engagements from time to time
• Implementation, assessment and monitoring of certification processes at partner’s place
Experience & Skills
Experience for Managerial or Team Lead position-
•Channel/Business development Manager or Account Manager
•Experience in technology sales and business planning roles
•Broad knowledge of B2B marketplace operations
•Should have operated a team size of 4+
