AKTU Zonal Arts and Cultural Fest was held at Maharana Pratap Engineering College, Kanpur on 7th February, 2020 in which more than 10 colleges participated. The college organized the AKTU Zonal Arts & Cultural Fest with the aim of supporting students to pursue their passion and excel in extra-curricular activities as they continue to excel academically. Students of Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology also participated in five events (Group dance, Group singing, Nukkad Natak, Solo singing and Solo dance) with full enthusiasm. Event was the hub of young and creative minds across the zone. The event was judged by the experts from other Zones.
In Nukkad natak competition five colleges participated and showcased various social issues during their performances. Team from Ambalika Institute of Management and Technology performed on the topic “Gender Inequality”. With the performance the team showed three faces of society and bagged the first prize in Zonal Competition and qualified for the State level Nukkad Natak Competition. Central Institute of Plastic Engineering & Technology secured the second position. On the very same day college hosted many more events. AIMT students gave their best and the event was a good platform for students to explore their talent and skills and showcase them in front of others.
